I can get overwhelmed in big crowds where I don’t know anyone, it’s hard for me to start or join a conversation when everyone else seems to be talking, and I don’t really like the loud and dark atmosphere of the parties that seem to be the norm at GDC. It’s also one of the parts of the conference that’s most daunting for me as a somewhat shy and introverted person.
